By downloading or using Nostalgia, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Using the app
Nostalgia gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.
Your content
Your photos and memories are yours. You keep all rights to them. By sharing a memory with a friend through the app, you grant us the limited permission needed to sync and deliver that content to the people you chose. You're responsible for having the right to share what you share.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Nostalgia to share content you don't have the rights to, or that is unlawful, harmful, or violates others' privacy.
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its sync infrastructure.
- Respect the people in your photos and only invite or share with people who would welcome it.
Availability
We work to keep Nostalgia running, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and sync depends on third-party services like Apple iCloud that are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of photos, memories, or data. Always keep your own backups of important photos.
Termination
You may stop using Nostalgia at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.
